MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
-Make manpower plan and budget yearly & quarterly
-Manages the HR & ADM department ensuring staffs comply with policies, procedures, local and government regulations
-Review and verify recruitment orders from all departments. Assure that the company has enough manpower as plan
-Select proper training requirement of the Sections and submit BOD to approve yearly training plan
-To be the teacher to train most of internal training as need
-Propose salary structure and submit to the government for approval
-Be responsible to update company regulation and labor collective agreement
-Manage recruitment, training, compensation & benefit activities perfectly
-Ensure effectiveness of internal communication channel
-Take part in solving labor disputes and decision of disciplinary actions
-Annual salary review plan
-Assure that other activities are also run perfectly such as: 5S, cost reduction, Kaizen, security in factory
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Male
Working location base in Quang Ngai (VSIP Quang Ngai)
University or up to: Business Administration, Human resources management, Accounting or relevant fields
At least 10 years in foreign manufacturing company with similar position
Advanced level of English at 4 skills: must
Strong management skill and people relation skill
Leadership and coaching skills, well knowledge and practice of Labor Law and high compliance with Company Regulations, customer oriented, result oriented, good interpersonal communication, well organized, time management, team work, hard working
